{"id":1086,"date":"2017-04-03T17:39:13","date_gmt":"2017-04-03T15:39:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.noeliaricci.com\/spucpt\/il-sangiovese-col\/"},"modified":"2024-06-10T23:05:26","modified_gmt":"2024-06-10T21:05:26","slug":"il-sangiovese-col","status":"publish","type":"spucpt","link":"https:\/\/www.noeliaricci.com\/en\/spucpt\/il-sangiovese-col\/","title":{"rendered":"Il Sangiovese Col"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>IL SANGIOVESE<\/h2>\n<h3>TECHNICAL FILE<\/h3>\n<div class=\"column-section clearfix\"><div class=\"column one-half \"  >\n<p><strong>Type of wine<\/strong>: Red wine from organic farming.<br \/>\n<strong>Denomination<\/strong>: Romagna DOC Sangiovese Superiore.<br \/>\n<strong>Location of the vineyards<\/strong>: Fiumana di Predappio (Forl\u00ec, Italy).<br \/>\n<strong>Altitude<\/strong>: 250-300 m a.s.l.<br \/>\n<strong>Soil type<\/strong>: Calcareous yellow clay soils.<br \/>\n<strong>Vineyards characteristics<\/strong>: Vines of 2002, with 4.500 plants per hectar, with a Guyot training system.<br \/>\n<strong>Grape variety<\/strong>: 100% Sangiovese.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"column one-half last-col \"  >\n<p><strong>Harvest<\/strong>: Manual, in 15kg cases, in the second week of September.<br \/>\n<strong>Yield<\/strong>: 1,5 kg per plant; 6.700kg \/ hectare.<br \/>\n<strong>Vinification<\/strong>: The different clones are harvested and vinified sepa- rately. Spontaneous fermentation carried out by indigenous yeast, and temperature-controlled maceration in stainless steel tanks. Skin maceration lasts 18 days followed by the malo-lactic fermentation, without clarification or filtration.<br \/>\n<strong>Ageing<\/strong>: 70% in stainless steel tanks and 30% in concrete tanks for 8 months and minimum 64months in bottle.<br \/>\n<strong>Annual production<\/strong>: 32.000 bottles.<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"clear\"><\/div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"template":"","class_list":["post-1086","spucpt","type-spucpt","status-publish","hentry"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v26.8 -
